由于 ICTSI 南太平洋集装箱码头巴新 ICCC 管制费率结构有变，航运公司需要就 STS 起重机处理的集装箱额外支付 150.43 PGK/集装箱的费用。
尽管起重机预计会提高船舶运力，但一旦全面投入使用，我们的运营成本预计无法全面消化这一成本。 因此，太古轮船不得不请货主共同承担这一额外成本。
太古轮船将先行减轻这一成本，并计入预期的运营成本。 初始恢复成本根据每台起重机每小时移动 20 次的装载力计算得出。 以前的移动式港口每台起重机的装载频率为平均每小时 11 次。
2023 年 3 月 20 日*至 6 月 30 日期间的恢复费用将适用于始发港或目的港为莱城的货运，费用为 PGK 105/集装箱（费用代码LIO/LID）。 此项恢复费用初期将不适用于中转货运。
太古轮船将在每季度根据平均运力审核这一恢复费用。 初步审核将在 2023 年 6 月进行，从 2023 年 7 月 1 日开始实施，以在此期间的实际运力表现为基础。
