Singapore – Swire Projects, the projects and heavy lift shipping services division of Swire Shipping, has attained the ABS Quality Evaluations certifications for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health Safety Management on 14 March 2023. The achievement is a testament to its long-term business commitment to provide the highest level of service to its customers, and a reflection of the Company’s sustainability aspirations.

“To ensure that we have the best-practice systems in place which will enable us to manage our performance in the areas of quality, risk, safety, and sustainability, we created a new Integrated Management System in November 2022. This and the combined efforts of the team ensure that we are aligned in our goals and objectives, gaps in our work processes are addressed and continual improvement plans are in place. This sets us up to be able to provide our customers with consistent, good-quality products and services that meet regulatory requirements, while also having established environmental processes that we can implement, monitor, and measure,” said Namir Khanbabi, General Manager of Swire Projects.
