In order to provide customers with more efficient services and to simplify the release process, from January 1, 2024, the following adjustments will be made to export release process at the Shanghai port, and at the same time, Swire Shipping will discontinue the original release mode:

a) Customers will book their bookings with Swire via the designated booking platforms instead of shipping agency platforms;
b) Generate the box release barcode via the platform of Shanghai Yitong International Co., Ltd.;
c) Allocation to shipper’s fleet by Swire Shipping’s designated fleet/launching agent;
d) In order to improve the efficiency of container utilization, the container release barcode is valid for 48 hours, after which it will expire and need to be reprinted.
