Ports of Auckland Congestion Surcharge – Update

13/03/2023

The disruption at the Ports of Auckland Multi-Cargo terminal is slowly improving, however it is still impacting our ability to maintain regular delivery of services transiting through the port. As a result, effective from the 15th March 2023, we will be reducing our levy applied to all import, export or transhipment cargo via Ports of Auckland Multi-Cargo terminal.

This levy is intended as a temporary measure to assist with the additional costs of maintaining our expected levels of service integrity.
