As part of Swire Shipping’s annual training programme for all shore-based employees, there are online Corporate Code of Conduct and Workplace Harassment Prevention training courses.

Swire Shipping has an Anti-harassment policy for seagoing employees, as part of our commitment to ensure that all seafarers have the right to be treated with dignity, and that no forms of harassment will be tolerated. There is also a whistleblowing hotline to deal with any potential issues.

A Preventing Sexual Harassment Onboard training module is conducted during seafarer seminars and Safety Awareness Courses, to educate seafarers on what is acceptable behaviour.
