Following an internal review of our Hazardous Cargo process, Swire Shipping Pte Ltd will be implementing revised cut-off times for Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation effective April 2025.
Draft MO41 Submission Deadline:
- Implementation of a Draft MO41 cut off for all DG cargo.
- Draft MO41 cut off will be 1200hrs mid-day on Day 2 of receivals. Where day 2 falls on a weekend, Draft MO41 cut off will be 1200hrs mid-day on the preceding Friday.
- Late submissions will result in either the transfer of the booking to the next available vessel, or amendment of the booking to general cargo.
Final MO41 Submission Deadline:
- Final MO41 process will remain as is, unless notified otherwise.
- Final MO41 cut off is 1200hrs mid-day on Day 4 of receivals. Where day 4 falls on a weekend, Final MO41 cut off is 1200hrs mid-day on the preceding Friday.
- Late submissions will result in either the transfer of the booking to the next available vessel, or amendment of the booking to general cargo.
- Important Reminder: Hazardous declared on the draft MO41 and the Final MO41 must be identical. Discrepancies between the documents will result in either transfer of the booking to the next available vessel, or amendment of the booking to general cargo.
