In line with the European Emission Trading System (EU ETS) program, Swire Shipping introduced an ETS surcharge in 2024.

Effective 1 January 2025, the regulation evolves to account for 70% of our emissions. To recover the additional costs, Swire Shipping will revise our recoveries as per below:

The tariff quantum above will be effective 1 January 2025 and will be subject to quarterly reviews. For Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulated port pairs, effective date will be 13 January 2025.
